International Men’s Health Week (IMHW) 2026 runs from June 15th to June 21st, culminating on Father’s Day. The global event shines a spotlight on a persistent issue: statistically, men experience higher rates of premature mortality and die younger than women, yet they are significantly less likely to visit a doctor or report symptoms.

To break this cycle, the 2026 campaign focuses on two practical themes:

  • “Partners in Care”: Emphasizing that men’s health is a team effort involving families, workplaces, and healthcare providers.
  • “One Step at a Time”: Encouraging small, manageable lifestyle changes rather than overwhelming, overnight overhauls.
